Terms of use.
In plain language: what this site is, and the limits of relying on it.
Using this site means accepting the few things set out below. They cover the content, the tools, liability and governing law.
The content is general information
Everything published on sampark.com.au (pages, articles and the whitepaper) is general information about marketing, measurement and AI search. It is written carefully. It is not professional, financial, legal or investment advice, and it does not account for your organisation’s specific circumstances. For advice that someone is accountable for, you need a scoped engagement. Decisions you make from the content alone are your own.
The tools are indicative diagnostics
The tools under /tools/ are indicative diagnostics: the attribution gap calculator, the governance scorecard and the AI search readiness check. They apply transparent rules to the inputs you give them, and they are useful for orientation. The AI search readiness check measures what is mechanically checkable about a page. It does not measure whether AI engines actually cite or recommend you, and it says so on the page. Treat every output as a starting point for a conversation.
Accuracy and availability
The site is kept accurate and current, but it is provided as is. There is no guarantee that every figure, reference or tool result is complete, error-free or suited to your purpose, and no guarantee that the site and its tools are always available or uninterrupted.
Intellectual property
The writing, design and downloadable material on this site are Sam Park’s unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read, quote with attribution, and share links. You may not republish substantial extracts as your own or resell the material.
Links out
Where the site links to other websites, those links are provided for convenience. Their content is not controlled here, and a link is not an endorsement.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, Sam Park is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the content or tools of this site. Nothing here excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. They may be updated from time to time; the current version is the one published here.
